We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights. However, where the buyer has ordered the wrong item or changed their mind, all postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods. If the customer had not been charged carriage at the time of order because the order had qualified for 'free shipping', an amount equivalent to the carriage cost that would have been charged will be deducted. Replacement or refunds will be given provided written notification for the return of goods is received, and the goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition.
Any Order for which there is insufficient quantity in stock and more stock has to be ordered to fulfil the Order may not be cancelled once placed, and will not be accepted for return. Any pre-ordered item is classified as 'Special Order' item and the order once placed may not be cancelled and will not be accepted for return. Items classified as 'Special Order' on our website or goods cut to specification will not be accepted for return.
