Overlay Anti-Slip Stair Nosing for Existing Steps (DDA Compliant)
This product is a surface-mounted overlay stair nosing designed for retrofitting onto existing concrete, timber, or metal steps. Fully DDA compliant, it features a highly durable Diamondtred anti-slip insert that provides excellent slip resistance in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Unlike our tile-in stair nosing, this overlay external stair nosing installs on top of the step surface without needing tiling or major construction work. It is ideal for renovations, repairs, and upgrading worn or unsafe stairs, especially where nosing was not originally installed or where existing edges have begun to peel, crack, or present a tripping hazard.
The ramp-back design creates a smooth transition between the step surface and nosing, improving safety and comfort. Each profile is supplied pre-drilled with screw-head pips for a clean, professional finish.(Undrilled profile available on request)
