Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer refunds in accordance with your statutory rights. However, if you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, all postage and carriage costs will be your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping but is later returned, we will deduct the equivalent carriage cost that would have applied from your refund.

Business Customers:
If you purchase goods using a business name, your order will be treated as a business-to-business transaction. In such cases:

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns of goods in original condition.

Business customers are not entitled to the same cancellation rights as consumers under consumer protection laws.
Special Order Items:

Items marked as Special Order, including pre-orders and goods made or cut to your specifications, cannot be cancelled or returned.
