Stainless Steel Tactile Paving Plate – Self-Adhesive Warning Indicator (420 × 600 mm)
These stainless steel tactile plates provide a visual and tactile warning surface for blind and partially sighted pedestrians, helping to alert them to potential hazards such as stairways, crossings, and escalator approaches. Each plate consists of precisely machined stainless steel domes securely bonded to a 2 mm stainless steel base plate.
The self-adhesive backing allows for quick, clean installation without drilling—ideal for retrofit applications on existing hard surfaces such as natural stone, tiles, timber decking, or metal hatches. Once installed, the tactile domes offer excellent slip resistance and long-term durability even in heavy-traffic indoor or outdoor environments.
Stainless steel tactile paving plates are a simple way to create BS 8300 / Part M compliant tactile warning zones where individual studs cannot be fitted, or where surface conditions make drilling impractical.
