Aluminium Anti-Slip Stair Nosing – Retrofit Step Edge Trim
This retrofit aluminium anti-slip stair nosing is designed to fit over the edge of existing carpeted, vinyl/lino, laminate or ceramic tile stairs after installation. It provides a durable non-slip step edge trim that improves safety, visibility and comfort while upgrading worn or damaged stair treads.
The profile defines and protects the stair edge while refinishing step corners, making it ideal for repairing or renovating old stairs in homes, commercial buildings and high-traffic environments. Manufactured in anodised aluminium and fitted with a black anti-slip PVC insert, this stair nosing significantly enhances slip resistance on every step.
Installation is simple: the aluminium stair nosing edge trim is secured with screws positioned inside the insert channel, which are then concealed under the replaceable PVC insert—leaving a clean, seamless finish with no visible fixings.
