Attractive looking push-in step nosing profile for use on stair step edges with laminate and parquet flooring of heights 8/9mm or 14/15mm.The aluminium stair nosing provides safe,neat edges on steps and stairs,and covers part of the riser to eliminate the sightline of the join on the step. Secured by screws ,this step edging profile should be fixed in place first,(direct onto floorboards or concrete),before the laminate or parquet flooring.This wood and laminate stair nosing comes in Aluminium Anodised Silver and Oak finish. (Installation tip: Start from the bottom ,and lay the riser.With the lip of the nosing against the riser, screw down base plate of nosing.Cut covering of tread so that it fits in between rear edge of nosing & the second riser.Push in tread board into groove.Then move on to second step riser.).
